On the cozy 10 m2 terrace of this second floor without elevator, you can enjoy a good breakfast every day as it has outdoor furniture. From here you can feel the sea breeze and see the sea in the distance as well as the beautiful mountains in the area. The beautiful canal that comes from the salt waters, located just below, also makes this corner special or the perfect place to start a pleasant walk along the shore. In the living-dining room they have a sofa that invites you to sit and enjoy reading a good book, an entertaining movie on satellite television, or simply to rest. This room is even cozier as it has air conditioning. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need to cook during your stay, such as a gas stove and oven. Of course, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub that serves the entire house. If you are staying with a baby, we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you in the room with the two beds. The location is ideal because any necessary service is accessible on foot in a few minutes, as well as by car or bus. Near the house there is a supermarket, as well as many restaurants of all kinds and a bus stop. It runs every 15 minutes, in the summer season, towards the center of Puerto de Alcúdia, the town of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença and other addresses such as Can Picafort. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town becomes a bustling place full of life.
